**Job Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
* Providing legendary service to our customers by answering their questions quickly and confidently

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide exceptional service to our customers
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
* Strong product knowledge and a willingness to learn
* Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
