**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Arlington, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. With a strong focus on product knowledge, you'll become an expert in our products and solutions, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

**Minimum Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
