**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gainesville, GA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers through various channels, and providing expert product knowledge to ensure a seamless customer experience. **Key Responsibilities**

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

**Minimum Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
