**Job Summary**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities**

* Analyze payment history and notes to clearly communicate account statuses to customers
* Recommend appropriate solutions to customers by analyzing their accounts and negotiating acceptable collection arrangements
* Promptly report and refer sensitive and complex issues to the Team Leader
* Document all activities in accordance with established procedures in a clear and concise manner
* Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication skills)
* High School Diploma (required)
* Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
* Previous experience in customer service, retail services, and call center environments
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
* Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor while handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
