**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Processing customer inquiries and orders, and expediting the delivery of products and/or services in a timely and efficient manner.
* Contacting other company units regarding design delivery or service matters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Managing the booking of business, including scheduling shipments and controlling inventory.
* Acquiring new clients through sales, promotions, and development, driving sales growth and revenue.
* Developing sales contacts and performing limited sales functions under supervision, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive business results.
* Performing varied work that may be somewhat difficult in nature, requiring a degree of originality and ingenuity to resolve complex customer issues.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Fluency in English and Japanese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A minimum of 2 years of customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* The ability to demonstrate continuous improvement and collaboration, with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues.
