**About the Role**

As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers via phone. You'll be responsible for resolving customer concerns, answering questions, and guiding customers to the right solutions. With a positive attitude, a great vibe, and a willingness to learn, you'll be an integral part of our team, working on exciting projects with some of the coolest clients around the world.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, resolving customer concerns and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize your problem-solving skills to de-escalate customer issues and provide solutions
* Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless support and excellent customer experiences
* Stay up-to-date on client products and services, ensuring you're knowledgeable about their offerings
* Maintain a quiet and dedicated workspace, free from distractions, to ensure high-quality support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

* **Language:** Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual)
* **Professional Experience:** 1+ year of customer support experience, preferably in a phone-based environment
* **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) a plus
* **Skills:**
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
+ Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
+ Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* **Work Environment:** Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above, quality headset, and a quiet workspace
