**Position Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology.
* Being a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
* Building business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.
* Understanding customer needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions.
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering.

**Minimum Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
* Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.

**Compensation and Perks**

* Pay from $25 to $30 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!
* Includes $2 Shift Differential.
* Full-Time Hours: 12:30 PM to 9 PM, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
