  • Utilize Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions, manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Access and update customer accounts using Sonar CRM, and employ networking tools for comprehensive support, demonstrating a keen ability to navigate and optimize our systems.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed, collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting and ensuring that our customers receive the expert assistance they require.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to improve customer service, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our support processes and the overall customer experience.

Requirements for Success:

To excel as a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
