**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their billing, account, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Ensure call resolution in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
* Support customers with their billing, account, and technical issues, providing solutions and resolving complaints.
* Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns as necessary.

**Requirements**

* Be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Have at least six months of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or work-from-home environment.
* Possess strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm; familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology is preferred.
