**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
* Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements
* Documenting requirements, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable, with defined acceptance criteria
* Creating test plans and test cases
* Organizing and maintaining the team backlog
