**Job Responsibilities**

As a Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
* Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements
* Creating test plans and test cases to ensure that business requirements are met
* Organizing and maintaining the team backlog to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
* Collaborating with the management team to develop new products and sales strategies
* Working with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences
