**Key Responsibilities**

As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for:

* Leading a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that improve the performance of our global contact center support business
* Identifying, assessing, and prioritizing opportunities to drive efficiency and enhance customer experiences
* Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize business processes and improve customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
* Communicating insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
* Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to support business decision making

**Key Capabilities**

* Proven experience leading high-performing teams and driving results through coaching and mentoring
* Demonstrated expertise in quantitative analysis, with the ability to integrate complex data into actionable insights
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate data into business-relevant recommendations
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Adaptability and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Experience working cross-functionally and across organizational levels
* Comfortable working with large volumes of data and navigating ambiguity
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

**Education and Experience**

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, economics, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field
* Master's degree in business administration, data science, or related field (desired)
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on business analytics and operations improvement
* Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
* Experience with Apple's products and services (desired)
