**Responsibilities**

As a Call Center Agent for Customer Technical Support at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer and technical support for our display products, including TVs and monitors, through incoming calls and internet requests.
* Issuing Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
* Gathering and resolving Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to ensure we're meeting our customers' needs and expectations.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive support solutions.
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to ensure you're always equipped to handle customer inquiries.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
* A basic understanding of computer systems and components (both PC and Mac), with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Some experience in customer/tech support or sales/repair service is preferred, but not required.
