**Call Center Responsibilities**
As a Call Center / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in assisting individuals and families gain access to healthcare services. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing accurate and consistent information to customers
* Delivering quality customer service and support
* Assisting with healthcare-related inquiries and concerns
* Maintaining confidentiality of personal health information
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
**Call Center Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
* A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people
* Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications
* Detail-oriented and fast learner with excellent communication skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal health information
* Healthcare or Human Services industry experience preferred
* Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Portuguese) strongly preferred
