**Responsibilities**

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Resolving customer service or billing complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
* Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
* Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Processing orders, quoting, and helping team members work their overflow
* Running reports in SAP and working with the team to achieve goals

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 1-2 years of customer service-related experience, preferably in a call center environment
* High school diploma or GED
* Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP (Data Entry, quoting) and Office 365
* Self-motivated and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
* Microsoft Excel experience and S/4 Hana experience are a plus
