**Responsibilities and Duties**

As a Call Center Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling high-volume inbound calls from customers who need our moving services
* Being self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets
* Working well in a fast-paced Call Center atmosphere
* Basic computer navigation and proficiency in our CRM system
* High energy and enthusiasm on the phones, with the ability to "assume the close"
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be:

* Punctual and reliable on a daily basis
* Willing to participate in our pre-employment background check
* A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Proficient in basic computer navigation and CRM systems

**Compensation Structure**

As a Call Center Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation structure that includes:

* $14-$17.00 per hour plus commission
* Agents averaging $20-$25/hourly with commissions added
* Opportunities for overtime and bonuses

**Schedule**
