**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced CC&B Functional Lead to join our team, with a strong background in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. As a CC&B Functional Lead, you'll be responsible for leading the implementation and testing of Oracle CC&B solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the implementation and testing of Oracle CC&B solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and deployment teams, to ensure seamless integration and delivery
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success
* Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in CC&B solutions
* Participate in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring effective project management and delivery
* Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of CC&B solutions, identifying and resolving defects and issues
* Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements to CC&B solutions
* Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and knowledge base articles
* Participate in the development of training programs and materials to support the implementation and use of CC&B solutions

**Essential Qualifications**

* 10+ years of experience in functional and testing roles, with a strong background in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing)
* In-depth knowledge of CC&B modules, including Billing, Rates, Budget & Payment Plans, Payments, Adjustments, Financial Transactions, Device Management, Meter reads, Field Works, Credit and Collections
* Strong expertise in testing, including automation testing and STLC processes (Test Strategizing, Test Design, Execution, Defect Management, tracking and reporting)
* Experience in the Utilities industry, with a strong understanding of Energy, Gas, and Services domains
* Strong knowledge of Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application, including 3rd party app integration
* Experience in CC&B upgrades and configuration and support of Oracle Customer Care and Billing system

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in configuration and support of Oracle Customer Care and Billing system
* Experience in CC&B upgrades
* Strong knowledge of STLC processes (Test Strategizing, Test Design, Execution, Defect Management, tracking and reporting)
* Experience in automation testing and STLC processes
