**Job Description**

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our online community adheres to our community guidelines and rules. This part-time, remote position requires a flexible and self-motivated individual who can work independently to manage our Discord server. Your primary duties will include:

* Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines and rules
* Banning users who repeatedly disregard our community rules
* Muting users who have violated our community guidelines
* Investigating user reports regarding potential rule violations
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies
* Providing excellent customer service to users, addressing their concerns and queries in a professional and respectful manner

**Pay and Benefits**

**Qualifications and Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must:

* Be at least 18 years old
* Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent

* Have a strong understanding of community management principles and best practices
* Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
