**Job Description:**

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our online community adheres to our rules and guidelines. This part-time, remote position offers flexibility and the chance to work with a dynamic team that values equality and inclusivity. Your primary duties will include:

* Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, which may involve:
+ Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines
+ Banning users with repeated rule infractions
+ Muting users who have violated our rules
+ Investigating user reports of rule violations
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies
* Providing excellent customer service and support to users, addressing their concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner
* Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's policies, procedures, and community guidelines to ensure a consistent and fair moderation approach
* Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* To be at least 18 years old
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools (training will be provided)
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in community management, moderation, or a related field
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services (computer programming courses, social media app, and bank account)
* Familiarity with online community guidelines and moderation best practices
* Experience with conflict resolution and mediation
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
