**Job Description**

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our online community remains a safe and enjoyable space for all users. This part-time, remote position requires a flexible and proactive individual who can effectively manage conflicts, enforce community guidelines, and provide exceptional customer service. Your primary duties will include:

* Deleting messages that violate our community rules and guidelines
* Banning users who repeatedly disregard our community standards
* Muting users who have violated our rules
* Investigating reports from users regarding potential rule violations
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to users

**Pay and Benefits**

**Qualifications**
