**Responsibilities**

As a Chat Sales Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Working closely with our Lead Distributor and Account Executives to ensure leads are evaluated according to qualification criteria, using our internal CRM System to track and manage leads effectively.
* Providing top-notch support to our sales agents and responding to customer and prospect queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Conducting follow-up calls on open leads to qualify their interest and ensure a smooth sales process.
* Staying up-to-date with new products and feature launches, and ensuring our sales team is well-informed and equipped to meet customer needs.
* Maintaining accurate records and updates in our internal CRM System, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
* Building and maintaining regular contact with prospective customers, leads, and accounts to foster strong relationships and drive sales growth.
* Developing in-depth knowledge of our products and systems to become a trusted expert and resource for our sales team.
* Collaborating with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

**Experience Required**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* At least 3+ years of experience as a sales support specialist or sales support associate, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and sales results.
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with customers and prospects.
* In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
* Expert data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Hands-on experience with CRM systems, including data entry, lead management, and reporting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic Office programs, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
* A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, optimistic disposition, and team player mentality.

**Education/Licenses/Certification/Formal Training**
