**Job Summary**

As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers via our web-based live chat console, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to deliver a personalized experience that exceeds customer expectations and drives loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries and requests via live chat in a timely and professional manner
* Provide extensive knowledge about our website, products, and services to customers
* Handle customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet individual and company benchmarks
* Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements**

* 75+ WPM typing speed (typing testing will be conducted using a reputable online platform)
* Experience in navigating website pages and quickly identifying information
* Effective written and oral communication skills

* Adaptable and flexible
* Career-oriented and professional
* Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Associate is a plus
