**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Chat Support Associate to join our remote team based in Washington, D.C. As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers through online chat platforms. This part-time position requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

**Responsibilities**

As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products, promotions, and services
