As a member of our Support Team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service, troubleshooting, and platform support to our vibrant community of veterinary professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

* Engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide an excellent experience on our platform
* Collaborating with the Support Team to help users navigate our platform, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Providing proactive support to users, anticipating and addressing their needs to ensure a positive and delightful day-to-day experience
* Working cross-functionally with our development team to help evolve our platform, incorporating user feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement
* Maintaining accurate records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions to inform future support strategies and platform development
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest platform features, best practices, and industry trends

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience, preferably in a tech or start-up environment
* 2 Year Associate's Degree or 4 Year College Degree in a related field (e.g., communications, business, or a related field)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and technical information in a clear and concise manner
* Experience in chat support or a related customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of intercom and/or other chat platforms
* Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a focus on resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
* A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* Tech or start-up work experience, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
* Experience with platform demos, user onboarding, and training
* Knowledge of veterinary industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
* Familiarity with arenaflex's Vetcove platform and its features
