**Responsibilities**

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing answers to our customers' pricing and product inquiries via online chat, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
* Reviewing and documenting accounts of all customers in pre-sales and post-sales situations, providing a high level of professional and competent support.
* Following procedures and enhancing customer relationships, contributing to building customer loyalty and driving business growth.
* Navigating computer systems to track calls, gather information, and effectively resolve customer issues or queries.
* Selling, cross-selling, and upselling the best communication products and services in the market, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Handling blended voice and non-voice interactions, providing a seamless and personalized experience for our customers.

**Qualifications**

We're looking for a talented and dedicated individual who possesses:

* The ability to work in a shifting schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
* A willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* At least a Senior High School or High School Graduate (old curriculum) degree, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service.
* Advanced computer knowledge and a great multi-tasker, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools.
* A valid NBI Clearance prior to job offer, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
