**Job Summary:**

We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chat Support Specialist to join our team as a Community Moderator. As a Community Moderator, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our Discord server by enforcing community guidelines, resolving conflicts, and providing exceptional customer support. This is a part-time, remote, and flexible position that offers the perfect blend of autonomy, flexibility, and opportunities for growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Community Moderator, you'll be responsible for:

* Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions adhere to our community guidelines and rules
* Deleting messages made by users that violate our community guidelines and rules
* Banning users who have multiple and repeat violations of our community guidelines and rules
* Muting users who have violated our community guidelines and rules
* Investigating reports made by users about violations of our community guidelines and rules
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies
* Providing exceptional customer support to users, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

**Essential Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* To be at least 18 years old
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Familiarity with Discord and community management principles
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**
