As a Coordinator, Cargo Gateway Customer Service, you'll be an integral part of our International & Cargo Team within the Customer Experience Division. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring acceptance, planning, and accommodation of all blithequark Cargo products to ensure compliance
* Identifying and communicating potential operational issues to other work groups and assisting with resolution
* Responding to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
* Assisting with special projects from HQ and local management team
* Providing superior quality customer service with maximum emphasis on problem resolution
**What You'll Need for Success**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* A High School diploma or GED Equivalency
* 1 year of experience in Cargo Terminal Operations, Cargo Sales, or Cargo Reservations
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
* Strong analytical skills and sound business judgment
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
* Familiarity with blithequark Cargo products and the cargo industry is highly desired
* Knowledge of SABRE FRT system
* Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges
