We're now seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a Remote Customer Care Advisor in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in educating clients on tailored benefit solutions, developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, and managing client portfolios with accuracy and professionalism.

**Your Role:**

As a Remote Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

* **Educating Clients on Tailored Benefit Solutions:** You'll work with clients to understand their unique needs and provide them with personalized benefit solutions that meet their goals.
* **Presenting to Clients on Zoom:** You'll use Zoom to present to clients and provide them with information about our benefit solutions.
* **Developing and Maintaining Long-Term Client Relationships:** You'll build strong relationships with clients and work to develop long-term relationships that benefit both our business and their needs.
* **Managing Client Portfolios with Accuracy and Professionalism:** You'll be responsible for managing client portfolios and ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
* **Working Independently as Part of a High-Performing Team:** You'll work independently as part of a high-performing team, with regular check-ins and support from our leadership team.

**Who We're Looking For:**

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. Here are just a few of the qualifications and skills we're looking for:

* **High School Diploma or GED:** You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.
* **Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills:** You'll need to have strong communication and relationship-building skills to succeed in this role.
* **Ability to Pass a Background Check:** You'll need to be able to pass a background check to work with our clients.

* **Prior Experience in Finance, Sales, or Business:** While prior experience in finance, sales, or business is a plus, it's not required. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and have a strong desire to learn and grow.
