**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
* Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits and conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
* Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage, including completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met
* Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics to help drive business growth
* Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry developments
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

**Minimum Qualifications**

To be successful as a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll need:

* Excellent communication and time management skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
* Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
* Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
* A strong passion for helping others and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic industry

**Essential Skills and Competencies**

To excel in this role, you'll need:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
* Strong time management and organizational skills to meet sales and customer service targets
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
* Knowledge of insurance products and benefits
* Experience with sales and customer service software and systems
* Certification in customer service or sales (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR), Certified Sales Professional (CSP))
