**Job Summary**

As a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience, from package delivery to customer support. You'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to package delivery
* Document delivery flow and customer interactions in our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Collaborate with regional facilities to create a seamless customer experience, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed
* Troubleshoot, research, and resolve customer complaints, providing empathetic and effective solutions
* Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction
* Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer care

**Requirements**

* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document customer interactions and delivery flow
* Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
* Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check
