**Essential Qualifications**

* A personal computer with the latest version of Windows or macOS operating system (Chromebooks, iPad, tablets, and other mobile devices are not compatible with our systems)
* A willingness to allow arenaflex to load free anti-virus software on your personal computer
* A dedicated workspace, free from distractions, to perform your duties as a remote employee
* A headset and cybersecurity provided by arenaflex during your paid training period

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
* Experience working with diverse customer populations, including those with disabilities
