**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer care professionals and driving customer success through exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

* **Developing Customer Success Metrics**: You'll work with our team to develop and implement customer success metrics that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
* **Building Trust with Customer Accounts**: You'll build strong relationships with our customers and develop trust through open and interactive communication.
* **Scheduling and Attending Virtual Meetings**: You'll schedule and attend virtual meetings with customers using Zoom and other platforms.
* **Monitoring and Mitigating Account-Level Risks**: You'll identify and mitigate account-level risks and up-sell opportunities, align product and customer roadmaps, and deliver customer renewals.
* **Presenting to Families Different Benefits Programs**: You'll present to families different benefits programs, enroll new clients, and open new accounts.
* **Overseeing and Prioritizing Each Customer in Your Portfolio**: You'll oversee and prioritize each customer in your portfolio to ensure exceptional service and support.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
