**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional client care by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
* Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
* Record important data as per established procedures and protocols
* Comply with all administrative and compliance rules connected with adjusting and sales practices
* Continuously develop and improve product and service knowledge to provide informed solutions to clients

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in customer support and sales, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated success in a customer support and sales environment, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks and responsibilities in an electronic climate
* High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available
