**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

**Schedule and Availability**

We're hiring for a variety of shifts, including:

* Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST
* Saturday and Sunday, 10am-6:30pm
* 40 hours per week, with shifts typically consisting of 5 consecutive days on, followed by 2 consecutive days off (8-hour shifts)
* Shifts may change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have open overall availability
* We offer shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked

**Training and Development**
