**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Representative & Account Manager, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication with customers
* Processing customer service requests, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex cases to senior team members
* Updating customer portals, ensuring accurate and timely information is available to customers
* Collaborating with arenaflex Service Coordinators to notify customers of service dates, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
* Uploading documentation to customer portals and accounting/work order systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
* Performing data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care, preferably in the electrical or energy industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and analyze data
* Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to work nights and weekends, including weekends and holidays, as required
