Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Operations and Customer Center (OCC) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our 24/7 operations, working closely with aviation experts to drive business solutions and ensure seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve customer satisfaction
• Utilize data analysis and problem-solving skills to drive business decisions and optimize processes
• Work with various OCC teams, including Load Control Center and Fuel Strategy, to support airline operations and customer service
• Develop and implement applications and efficiencies to reduce workload and enhance team productivity
• Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field
• Availability to work for at least three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, with a Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM schedule
• Enrollment with an educational institution throughout the term of the co-op program
• Willingness to learn new skills, take calculated risks, and adapt to changing situations
• Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfort working in team and individual settings, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of airline operations, scheduling, and planning
• Leadership experience, including student and community organizations
• Passion for a future career in the aviation industry and serving customers
