**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing all available resources to research and resolve customer concerns, including account issues, product information, and technical support
* Logging incoming calls and interactions in our Call Manager and Cisco Finesse systems
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
* Encouraging customers to enroll in Mobile and Internet Banking services, and assisting with resets and issues
* Providing payment service information for Pay my Loan and researching transactions on debit and credit cards
* Maintaining a genuine concern for resolving customer concerns and handling customer requests with tact and skill
* Performing other related duties as required to ensure exceptional customer experiences
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum two years of previous experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service environment
* Previous work experience in a financial institution is preferred
* Knowledge of telecommunications systems and exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose, resolve, or escalate critical situations
* Excellent reading and comprehension skills, including policies, procedures, regulations, instructions, correspondences, and memos
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts
