**Job Summary**

As a Customer Care Representative I, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple communication channels, including voice, email, chat, and AI-related inquiries. You will work closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. **Responsibilities**

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through multiple communication channels, including voice, email, chat, and AI-related inquiries
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Provide solutions that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations
* Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintain complete customer/patient confidentiality for all health, personal, and other customer information
* Provide professional, respectful, and empathetic customer service
* Effectively respond to all customer inquiries received by various digital methods
* Supports all client group(s) based on business needs

**Requirements**

* 1-year related customer service experience
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Good digital skills, including computer, phone systems, chat, automation, and AI
