**Schedule and Shifts**

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll work a 4-day shift, with the following schedule:

* Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
* Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
* Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
* Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional support to customers through phone, chat, and email interactions
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
* Processing customer orders and returns
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
* Participating in training and development programs to improve customer care skills

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer care experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Previous experience with customer care software and systems
* Certification in customer care or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
