**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality customer service via phone, chat, email, and social media
* Assisting customers with online purchases, including promoting products, making sales offers, and finalizing sales
* Helping customers make informed buying decisions and resolving concerns related to store visits or online purchases
* Listening to customer issues and entering customer data into our case management system

* Assuming responsibility for additional projects or responsibilities as assigned to support the Customer Care Department
