**Key Responsibilities**

* **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high-quality standards in communication and service delivery, ensuring that customer interactions meet arenaflex's quality expectations.
* **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions, maintaining accurate records and providing detailed information to relevant teams.
* **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.

**Qualifications**

* **Customer Service Skills**: Prior experience in a customer service role, with a focus on delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations.
