Key Responsibilities

  • Assess customers' needs, suggesting products and services that meet their home and business needs
  • Adjust billing, negotiate claims, and arrange product substitutions/returns as needed
  • Manage customer concerns while meeting goals in Serving, Solving, and Selling
  • Remain current on arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest offerings and solutions
  • Own the customer experience, providing support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide support to internal sales reps, helping to drive sales and revenue growth

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships. If you have:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
  • 6 months of experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience
  • Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, and building customer rapport
  • Ability to learn and apply new procedures
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action to resolve issues

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 1 year of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, not specific to just call centers
  • A strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
  • Ability to adapt to constant change
