**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Care Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Staying up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance

**Key Qualifications:**

* 6 months or more of customer service experience in a similar role
* Reside within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong product or service knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
* Computer experience and proficiency in using various software applications
* High-speed internet connection (> 40mbps)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Certification in customer service or a related field

**Skills and Competencies:**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in using various software applications, including CRM software
