**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Team Member, you'll be responsible for:

* Welcoming new customers and helping them make appointments in our Service Center
* Providing thoughtful and professional customer care, answering questions, and addressing concerns
* Collaborating with our award-winning Service Team to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Reaching out to customers to remind them of upcoming maintenance, preventative care, and manufacturer recalls
* Calling new customers to welcome them and provide exceptional service
* Building trust, earning confidence, and finding agreeable options for our customers through strong communication skills
* Problem-solving and dependability are essential in this role, as you'll be working closely with customers and team members to resolve issues and meet their needs

**Role Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Experience in hospitality industries, including the automotive sector (a plus)
* Strong communication skills that build trust, earn confidence, and find agreeable options for our customers
