**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Dispute Chat Representative, you'll play a critical role in resolving customer inquiries and disputes in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers via chat, email, and phone. **Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and disputes via chat in a timely and professional manner
* Investigate customer inquiries and disputes to determine the root cause of the problem
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer disputes and issues
* Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions and transactions
* Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
* Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality standards
* Continuously learn and adapt to new software and technology tools
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, but not required
