**About Your Role:**

As a Customer Engagement Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and leading a team of retail and pet care associates. Your responsibilities will include:

* **Pet Parent Engagement:** Set the standards for customer engagement, ensuring every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores.
* **Associate Leadership:** Lead a team of retail and pet care associates who will ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents.
* **Overall Retail Initiatives:** Create an exceptional customer experience by ensuring associates have extensive knowledge of pet solutions and building connections with pet parents.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or pet care.
* Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and leading high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire associates.
* Strong knowledge of pet solutions and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in retail or pet care.
* Certification in customer service or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results.
