**Job Overview**

As an Experienced Customer Experience Chatroom Operator, you'll be part of our Conversion Improvement team, working from home to provide top-notch support to our clients. You'll be responsible for reading consumer responses, responding contextually, and categorizing conversations accurately. Your work will inform our natural language model, ensuring that our AI-powered conversational outreach strategy continues to evolve and improve.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to inbound messages via our chat room in under 30 seconds, utilizing point-and-click frequently asked questions canned responses
* Create ad-hoc responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant with industry standards
* Escalate conversations to leadership when necessary
* Document frequently asked questions for continual improvement
* Add relevancy to canned responses
* Maintain 98% or above accuracy in response handling
* Meet a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked
* Participate in other projects as assigned

**Essential Qualifications**

* Experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment
* Proven ability to write responses to consumers in real-time, chat-based environments
* Familiarity with verticals like Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, Prescription Drug Plans
* Professionalism in all interactions
* Exceptional attention to detail, high standard of excellence/perfection
* Comfortability on a computer, advanced typing skills (no hunting and pecking allowed)
* Good grammatical, spelling, and logic skills (grammar and spell check required)
* Exceptional verbal, communication, and written skills
* Reliable and responsible to a designated schedule
* Strong, reliable internet/WiFi connection

**Preferred Qualifications**

* College degree or equivalent
* Experience with writing responses to consumers in a real-time, chat-based environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's platform and technology
