Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support and Partner Engagement (25%): Drive customer assistance and partner engagement; mentor partners on appropriate customer care procedures and ensure the team is providing the highest level of customer service. Resolve customer escalations within the store and through Customer Care, guaranteeing prompt and friendly support.
- People Management (25%): Provide real-time coaching based on observations and behavior, collaborating with Associate Senior Managers (ASMs) regarding formal performance discussions and discipline. Recognize partners for demonstrating assumptions and utilize recognition tools to highlight partners showcasing value-based behaviors and productivity.
- Manager On Duty (50%): Lead store opening gatherings, perform Opening, Closing, and MOD tasks, as well as other entire store center liabilities. Convey messages, needs, and tasks to all partners, ensuring adherence to work rule policies and safety protocols. Guarantee partners complete all store agendas as per timing assumptions, and provide input to partners on issue correction and preventative action.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
