* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
* Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools.
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure seamless customer support.
* Taking the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base.
* Working collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience.
* Staying up-to-date with new products, services, and policies to provide the best possible support to our clients.
**Qualifications:**
