**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide best-in-class support to customers through live chat on websites and social media accounts
* Respond to customer inquiries, provide sales links, and offer discounts in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide unique solutions
* Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience
* Work closely with the Customer Service Supervisor to achieve team goals and objectives

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Basic English writing skills
* Ability to communicate effectively through written chat
* Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Reliable internet connectivity and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in customer service or live chat support (not required)
* Familiarity with Facebook Messenger or other live chat tools
